The archetype heads are made by drying textured modeling paste on a black square of wood then burning through with a wood burning tool. Leaving the gnarled edges of the burned image, I coat the piece with epoxy leaving a ceramic looking feel to the glossy surface. They are all framed in black wood canvas floating frames that adds a few inches to the finished dimensions. Wired on the back and ready to hang or lean in a shelf display. They look really great when grouped together.
